what's "oak tag"?!
Oak tag is like a thicker, more durable version of poster board. It comes in a roll, and is used to make pattern slopers like these. In flat pattern class, you make a sloper of a basic pattern, and then trace it off onto normal paper to modify into other patterns.
So basically, if the pattern you make the oak tag sloper from doesn’t fit the dress form, then none of the other patterns you make from it will fit and your grade will be fucked.
